Your Key Responsibilities You translatebusiness requirements and business process design into functionalspecifications; You contribute to the setup or improvement ofoperating models, policies and processes (finance, supply chain,CRM and IT governance); You help design innovative solutions incollaboration with solution architects and technical experts, inorder to meet business requirements; You advise on organizationalchanges and help building the change strategy; You design costaccounting methods, including target costing, activity basedcosting, standard costing or related budgeting techniques; Youdesign management reporting systems, including both financial andoperational data; You act as a first-line contact for a variety oftop-class financial services clients and maintain an excellentrelationship with our clients. Your Profile You have/are: AMasters Degree in (applied) Economics, Management, (Business)Engineering, Finance, or a related field of studies; Solidanalytical skills; Fluent language skills in Dutch and/or French,with proficient level of business English; A strong team spirit,balanced by a healthy sense of autonomy; A keen interest to learnmore about the Financial Services market in Belgium and beyond;Available to start in September 2025.
