Please find below the job description for the **Receptionist **position we have available in our Belgium office:**Responsabilities**:- Organizing administrative activities of the Mechelen office- Controlling correspondence, complaints and queries- Answering, screening and directing incoming calls- Arranging appointments- Coordinating schedules, appointments and bookings- Preparing expense reports, managing petty cash- Planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.- Recording office expenditure and managing the budget- Organizing and assisting meetings when required- Drafting, issuing and translating documentation (contracts, certificates, statements)- Participating in promotional activities in Belgium or on an international level, when solicited- Participating in business meetings and taking minutes of meeting when required**Requirements**:- Bachelor degree, preferably in administration- Fluent English and Flemish- Confident PC user, required knowledge, Excel, Word, PowerPoint- Minimum 1-2 in a receptionist/administration position represents advantage**Skills**:- Attention to details- Communication and negotiation skills- Analytic and dynamic personality- Team work ability- Attention to detail
