We are looking for a Senior Machinery & Package Engineer to join our Engineering Team in Milan.ResponsabilitiesReview contractual technical documentation and requirementsPrepare the deliverables relevant to Machinery&Packages and issued by mechanical discipline: design criteria, technical specifications, mechanical data sheets, inspection data sheets, material requisitions and technical bid evaluationsPerform basic sizing or design calculations for Machinery&Packages according to applicable codes in order to define main equipment features.Review Vendor documentation relevant to Machinery&Packages and interact with Suppliers for the technical issues (Vendor follow-up)Attend inspections & tests in Vendor shopsSupport Site Technical Office during erection and commissioning phasesReview Tender Documentation and prepare clarification requests during bid phasePlan his work to meet the given scheduleRequirementsMechanical Engineering backgroundKnowledge of main international codes, standards and best engineering practices for Machinery&PackagesExperience in Machinery&Packages Engineering in EPC Oil&Gas/Petrochemical/Energy projects (minimum 5 years)English fluency is essential, French highly desirableBachelors/Masters Degree in Mechanical EngineeringAvailability to travel frequently and/or to relocate abroadThe research is aimed at candidates of both sexes (Legislative Decree 198/2006).We honor our commitments under articles 1 and 18 of Law No. 68/1999 and give special consideration to candidates in protected categories.
