- We are looking for exceptionally motivated and self-driven individuals to join the IT Support Team for international projects. The multinational team is responsible for supporting global business clients and data integration into the clients platform.
- The ideal candidate should also have a good record of building solid relationships with clients and be a good team player
- The candidate should be willing to work in a flexible hybrid model from an office located in Krakw. For candidates based in Krakw: 2-3 days per week in the office. For candidates outside Krakw: 2-3 days per month in the office + 1-2 weeks of onboarding onsite.
responsibilities :
- Resolve technical queries and communicate solutions to clients on a daily basis via various tools
- Manage and work with the queues and case tracking system to effectively triage and resolve complex client application issues
- Work in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure timely and accurate responses
- Gather necessary information from clients to solve queries or to pass to the development team
- Prioritize and handle service requests within predetermined SLAs
- Participate in meetings and calls with business clients
- Flexibility to work in shifts
requirements-expected :
- Experience with SQL, including writing queries (e.g., SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE), troubleshooting database issues, understanding relational concepts (joins, indexes, constraints), and ensuring data integrity
- Ability to write and optimize SQL queries
- Analytical thinking with the ability to quickly understand and resolve complex problems
- Structured and solution-oriented approach, even under pressure
- Proficiency in English (min. B2 level) - both spoken and written form
- Time management skills
