The Sustainability commitment encompasses the Companys Sustainability Focus Areas People, Products, and Planet.The Head of Sustainability drives the governance structure and is accountable for strategy execution. The Sustainability Project Manager partners with the Head of Sustainability and is a member of the LEIP team.Main ResponsibilitiesAssist the Head of Sustainability and ESG Task Force with data gathering, analysis, and project management support to execute the sustainability strategy.Develop, implement, monitor, and evolve data frameworks and controls for regulatory compliance.Lead project management for sustainability initiatives, including growth planning.Maintain the central framework for sustainability requirements.Support sustainability transformational change management internally and externally.Essential Job FunctionsData aggregation and modeling using Lean methodology.Lead global and local project delivery, managing budgets, resources, and timelines.Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and drive corrective actions.Learn new processes, policies, and technologies quickly.Apply industry best practices in sustainability.Build and align processes across the organization.Document processes via flow diagrams, SOPs, and user guides.Implement controls to improve ESG KPIs and financial discipline.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesExcellent communication skills (written and verbal).Lean methodology training and experience.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver results.Stakeholder engagement across all levels and cultural backgrounds.QualificationsBachelors degree in engineering, ESG-related discipline, or critical thinking field.Experience in project delivery and change management preferred.Lean or Six Sigma certification is a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.Willingness to travel regionally and internationally.What We OfferSupportive, inclusive environment with opportunities for professional growth, exposure to advanced medical device development, incentives, and recognition programs.Diversity & InclusionLivaNova values equality and diversity, ensuring a fair and unbiased recruitment process.Notice to Agencies & Scam AlertWe do not accept unsolicited resumes.
