Overview We arelooking for a Health & Safety Specialist to join our HRdepartment, reporting functionally to the Group Health & SafetyManager at InPost. The resource will be responsible forcoordinating and managing activities related to Health and Safetyat work and within our warehouses, working closely with the Health& Safety consultant. The role will also involve managingvisits, training courses, meetings, and collecting the necessarydocuments for Health and Safety plans. The role will also beresponsible for creating and maintaining accurate reporting relatedto all activities connected to the field. Key responsibilities: -Coordinate and manage Health & Safety activities at work and incompany warehouses - Collaborate with the Health & Safetyconsultant to ensure compliance with current regulations - Organizeand manage medical visits, training courses, health and safetymeetings, PPE assignment and monitoring deadlines - Collect andarchive the necessary documents for Health & Safety plans -Constantly monitor and update company safety procedures - Conductinternal audits to verify compliance with regulations - Providesupport and advice to internal staff on Health & Safety issues- Create, monitor, and update reporting related to all activitiesconnected to the field - Support the management of maintenancepractices related to assets in the warehouses (plants, fire safetysystems) - Support the organization in managing environmentalissues by completing loading/unloading records and supervisingwaste management activities What youll need to succeed: -Preferably a degree in Engineering, Prevention Techniques, orrelated disciplines - 3 years of previous experience as a Health& Safety Specialist, with proven experience in risk assessmentactivities, incident investigation, and safety auditing - Thoroughknowledge of Legislative Decree 81/2008 and regulations related toworkplace health and safety - Excellent knowledge of written andspoken English - Willingness to travel between various companysites (Northern Italy, on a monthly basis) - The candidate musthave their own car and a valid drivers license - The candidatemust be based in Milan and available to be in the office 3 out of 5days - Ability to work in a team and collaborate with variouscompany functions - Excellent organizational and time managementskills - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Nice tohave: - Background in the logistics sector - Specificcertifications in health and safety at work - Knowledge of theFrench language What We Offer: - Excellent Work-life balance -Opportunities for career growth and development. - A supportive andcollaborative work environment. - The chance to be part of aninnovative and rapidly growing company Il presente annuncio rivolto ad entrambi i sessi, ai sensi delle leggi 903/77 e 125/91,e a persone di tutte le et e tutte le nazionalit, ai sensi deidecreti legislativi 215/03 e 216/03 Invitiamo a prendere visionedella nostra liberatoria privacy sul nostro sito www.inpost.it,alla sezionePrivacy Policy - Colloqui e selezione
