The recruitment agency of ManpowerGroup is hiring for one of its clients, a recognized industry in Luxembourg. We are looking for a Utilities Coordinator (m/f/x) for a permanent position to start immediately.
Role:
- Oversee the general upkeep of buildings, facilities, and equipment to ensure they remain in optimal working condition.
- Carry out preventive maintenance and troubleshoot issues related to electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Organize and supervise facility cleaning, maintenance, and minor repair work to maintain a safe and well-kept environment.
- Coordinate with external service providers for specialized repairs, renovations, and facility upgrades.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety and environmental regulations.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance schedules, completed repairs, and safety inspections.
Profile:
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Completed vocational training in facility management, electrical, plumbing, or a related technical field.
- Demonstrated experience in building maintenance, preferably within an industrial or office setting.
- Strong understanding of technical systems, including electrical, plumbing, and mechanical installations.
- Ability to work independently while effectively managing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing maintenance needs and emergency situations.
