Job Overview
We are a London-based PE firm specializing in institutional private equity, venture capital, and direct investments, with a focus on deep-tech sectors like artificial intelligence.
We seek a Partner, Head of Private Wealth AND Institutional Relations for the Swiss Market . The role involves working closely with our investment and tech teams, which include PhDs and professors from UK universities, specializing in deep tech, AI, and advanced mathematics.
Location & Working Arrangements
Switzerland, with options for remote or hybrid work. Start date: ASAP.
Key Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience working directly with private wealth clients (Family Offices, UHNWI, HNWI) and a successful track record of capital raising from these clients.
- Background with Private Banks, Asset Managers, Multi-Family Offices, PE firms, Fund of Funds, or Placement Agents.
- Extensive network within private wealth investors and proven capital raise success.
- Experience advising clients on investments and capital allocations.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build investor relationships.
- Strong understanding of investment products, especially in funds and alternative investments.
- Knowledge of DeepTech market dynamics is desirable but not essential; training available.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and intellectual curiosity.
Core Responsibilities - Private Wealth
- Drive capital raising efforts targeting private wealth investors.
- Create account plans and position our value proposition effectively.
- Build and maintain relationships with key investors and managers.
- Understand investor situations and prepare compliant documentation.
- Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitors.
Candidate Requirements - Institutional Relations
- Minimum 15+ years in institutional investor relations, with at least 5+ years in capital raising for VC, PE, Fund of Funds, or Placement Agencies.
- Strong network and proven fundraising success with institutional investors.
- Experience managing large-scale investor relationships.
- Background in fundraising for alternative investment funds, especially Fund of Funds.
- Excellent strategic relationship management and communication skills.
- Familiarity with AI and DeepTech trends is a plus, with training provided.
