Job Description We''re seeking an HR Professional to join our EMEA HR Services team, specifically to support Polish HR employee lifecycle activities. This role, based in Grodzisk Mazowiecki, Poland, focuses on providing HR services to Polish employees while also contributing to our global HR Service Centre. A strong understanding of Polish labour legislation and HR practices is essential. You''ll report to the Senior Manager, HR Services, EMEA, located in Poland. Job Responsibilities Your Tasks Handling HR requests via ServiceNow system. Manage contracts and administer offboarding processes, primarily for our Polish operations. Regular interaction with our blue-collar workforce together with the on-site manager. Cooperation with various stakeholders including hiring managers, local and regional HR colleagues. Taking care of the process quality and positive employee experience. Background & Skills Your Profile You hold a relevant bachelor''s degree in human resources, business administration or have equivalent work experience. Minimum of 2-3 years experience within HR and preferably from an international company and/or shared services context. Knowledge of HR processes and systems. Hands-on experience with Polish contract management and employee life cycle. Prior exposure to engagement with our blue-collar workforce, in collaboration with the on-site managers.
