What youll be doing: Implementing pension schemes and supporting colleagues through the process Handling complex customer questions and guiding participants in making smart choices Improving processes and systems with a sharp, analytical eye Staying up to date with pension trends and turning them into actionable ideas Contributing across teams and jumping into key projects where you''re needed most What were looking for: HBO or WO level of education and thinking At least 4 years of relevant experience in the pension sector LCP or WTP qualified (or happy to complete within 6 months) WFT diploma completed Experience with project work Strong communication and collaboration skills Experience with the LifeTime processing system is a bonus What makes you a great fit: Youre accurate, reliable, and proactive.
