What does life as a Project Manager look like?
Your day starts at the Rotterdam office or from home with a check-in with your project team. You manage the project budget, monitor planning, and make adjustments when needed. As the central figure in the project, you oversee both technical and commercial aspects. Theres also time for a coffee break with colleagues or participating in regular social activities.
Lead medium to large offshore projects within schedule, budget, and contract conditions.
Act as the central point of contact for clients, partners, and internal teams.
Manage all project execution phases, from tender to delivery.
Advise during tender phases on optimisations, risks, and commercial opportunities.
Coordinate contractual, financial, and technical requirements.
Manage stakeholders at all levels, including clients, suppliers, consultants, and executive teams.
A completed Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering; At least 3 years of experience in project management within the offshore industry.
Excellent planning, negotiation, and communication skills.
Full professional fluency in English; Dutch is a big plus.
A proactive, decisive leader who inspires and connects teams.
