Planning Claim Manager Our Claim Management departmentis looking for a Planning Claim Manager to be included within itsorganization in Milan office, no assignment to project teams isforeseen. Key Activities & Responsibilities Together with theother colleagues of the Claim Management dept., the Planning ClaimManager will: - support the various Tecnimonts operative projectsin the preparation of major change order requests, including delayanalysis and disruption analysis; - perform analysis of theprojects schedules, and parameters commonly used in the projectplanning and control, for the preparation and evaluation of majorchanges, issued and received, both to and from Clients andSubcontractors; - in the integrated claim team constituted bytechnicians, lawyers and cost specialists, the Planning ClaimManager will also provide Delay Impact Analysis throughmethodologies recognized by the industry. Personal Attributes: -previous experience as Planning Engineer or Project Planner (atleast 4 years experience in EPC Projects); - solid knowledge onforecasting and capability in understanding criticalities and mainvariances to analyse the closing results of the projects; - fluentEnglish speaker and writer; - professional use of Primavera OracleP6 and Microsoft Office tools; - attitude to work in team; -pro-active approach to solving problems; - self-motivated,energetic and tenacious; - capability to work under pressure torespect tight schedule deliveries; - attention to details, accuracyand ability to multitask; - availability to travel for shortperiod.
