Your Mission We arelooking for a strategic and execution-focused Head of ProfessionalServices to lead the design, implementation, and delivery of ourAI-driven HR solutions for enterprise clients. In this role, youwill own the full lifecycle of service delivery from onboardingand implementation to performance optimization ensuring everycustomer realizes maximum value from our platform. You will lead amultidisciplinary team of consultants, engineers, and clientsuccess experts, while working cross-functionally with Product andSales to align delivery with business objectives. Your mission isto build a scalable Professional Services practice that drivesenterprise adoption, accelerates time-to-value, and establishesHrFlow.ai as a trusted strategic partner. Responsibilities - Leadand scale the Professional Services function across all segmentsand customer types. - Oversee all client onboarding, solutiondeployment, and integration activities. - Define deliverymethodologies, project governance, and standard implementationplaybooks. - Serve as a senior point of contact for clientexecutives during project delivery. - Scope and negotiateStatements of Work (SOW), service packages, and deliverymilestones. - Coordinate internal resources and managecross-functional collaboration with Product and Sales. - Hire,mentor, and manage a high-performing services team (consultants,solution engineers, project leads). - Build dashboards andperformance metrics to track delivery efficiency and clientoutcomes. - Act as a strategic advisor to customers on how to drivelong-term success with HrFlow.ai. - Contribute to commercial growthby supporting upsell/expansion opportunities through serviceexcellence. About You - Must Have - 7+ years of experience inProfessional Services, Customer Success, or Technical Consultingroles. - Proven track record of managing enterprise implementationsfor HR Tech, SaaS, or AI solutions. - Strong leadership experience:youve built and led cross-functional delivery teams. - Deepunderstanding of solution delivery processes from scoping togo-live. - Excellent organizational and communication skills, inboth English and French. - Experience in managing C-levelrelationships with enterprise clients. - Technical fluency in APIs,data flows, and system integrations. - Outcome-driven and highlystructured in problem-solving and delivery.
