Logistics Compliance and Reporting Specialist with Romanian Language This role involves close collaboration with various stakeholders (AM FLAT Supply Chain Teams, forwarders, AM plants & Commercial Agencies) in order to ensure smooth delivery processes, follow-up, and resolution of any issues that may arise. The Logistics Compliance and Reporting Specialist will support SC Teams with administrative tasks, mainly in gathering and managing all data necessary for placing the transport declarations in the RO e-Transport system to create UIT number which will need to be timely communicated to involved stakeholders (carriers, AM mills/agencies or customers). The position includes working with different internal reports, using dedicated SAP transactions, ensuring timely updates based on the data modifications and coordination of the information flow with forwarders and other involved stakeholders. Qualifications: Communicative in Romanian and in English (at least B2 level) MS Excel knowledge Proven experience in customer service, logistics, or a related field. Familiarity with SAP, CRM tools (nice to have). Willingness to work at the office 3 days per week (Dabrowa Grnicza or Cracow) Competences: Customer-Centric Mindset Strong communication skills, particularly interactions via phone, digital channels, and email. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently with minimal supervision. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
