Job Description
This role involves frequent travel (2-3 days per week) to:
- Develop new retail partners
- Collaborate with existing retail partners to increase sales and improve channel visibility by:
- Monitoring purchase, sell-out, and inventory data.
- Planning and executing marketing and promotional activities.
- Visit key IMOU retail partners and shops to negotiate local deals and provide tools to boost sales (e.g., marketing materials and training).
- Work with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness through brand launches, product reviews, and influencer partnerships.
- Conduct market research to gather competitive insights and develop strategies to stay ahead.
Job Requirements
- Experience in retail store management and operations.
- Knowledge of procurement procedure of major distributors and retailers.
- At least 3 years of sales experience in CES/DIY channels; Smart Home experience is a plus.
- Strong market insights, planning, and business analysis skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and coordination abilities.
- Bachelors degree required; fluency in English.
- Passion for new technology and the Smart Home industry.
- Comfortable with frequent travel.
