We are seeking:One Principal Turnaround (PT)One Senior Manager Turnaround (SMT)to join their dedicated practice in Italy, focusing on resolving urgent and complex client situations through rapid change initiatives.Position Specific responsibilities :The PT and SMT will deliver integrated services, working closely with client management and stakeholders to address strategic, financial, and operational challenges. They will serve as restructuring advisors or interim managers in insolvency, bankruptcy, and restructuring cases across various industries, handling engagements of varying sizes and complexities, including cross-border situations.Requirements :Bachelors degree in a relevant field; MBA or equivalent preferred.For the Principal: minimum 10 years of relevant restructuring/distressed experience.For the Senior Manager: 8-12 years of relevant experience in restructuring, from sectors like consulting, private equity, banking, or industry, focusing on turnaround programs, cash management, balance sheet restructuring, cost reduction, and supporting roles to Chief Restructuring Officer.Proven track record in managing complex client engagements, developing credible recommendations under tight deadlines, and mitigating risks.Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, with fluency in Italian and English.
