Discover more about us The RoleWere looking for an Enterprise Key Account Manager to join ourSales team. In this role, youll manage part of the Kampaaycustomers portfolio, being the point of reference for our clientswith the main objective of managing their business needs and to betheir consultant for the event requests supported by our Operationsteam. Thanks to your deep knowledge of the event world you will bethe best consultant for our customers being able to plan togetherwith them their yearly event calendar, guarantee quality andeffectiveness using our innovative platform. Location This is ahybrid role: the reference office is in Milan, but we would love tosee your face around our office corridor as often as possible What Youll Do as an Enterprise Key Account Manager Be anExpert on managing your own customer portfolio in order to expandKampaay customers spending. And so: - You will have to managecustomer relationships and work closely with them in order toimplement their spending budget; - You will lead the platformonboarding process (up to 100+ users per company) and the firstapproach with new customers in order to build long-termrelationships; - You will manage and implement the activitiesincluded in the customer contract to consolidate the partnershipwith the client and become their key point for everythingconcerning the event (following One partner approach); - As aconsequence of the above, you will be responsible for the expansionof the accounts you manage in order to improve their spending yearover year; - You will be in charge of each clients walletreporting and forecasting with the aim of monitoring its trend andpredict future performance; - You will manage customer contractrenewals; - You will gather feedbacks on our service and platformto continue their improvement; - You will collaborate with ourClients Key Operations accounts on every event delivery aspects,expansion strategies and customer caring; What Were Looking For- at least 8-10 years of experience as Account/Event Manager, KeyAccount Manager in event industry, agency or similar; - solidexperience in managing Key Accounts at commercial level meaning:keeping customer relationship, being the reference point for clientsupport; - talent for taking care of your clients; - greatknowledge of how an event works in terms of complexity, suppliersneeds and budget setting, in order to be a consultant for theclients; - passionate about digital innovation solutions and eagerto use it to boost the event world; - profound applicationexperience on digital solution making, and always seeking to learnmore on whats new on innovation; - Italian mother tongue andfluent in English (B2+) You have such experience in the businessworld that you have all we are looking for as soft skills in youreveryday schedule, and dont require explanationsso you definitelyshould be a superman/woman What Youll Get You got it: helpingyou succeed is our #1 priority.
