Governance Compliance Lead

Hauptaufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

• Entwicklung und Verbesserung von Steering Documents: Richtlinien, Manuals und Arbeitsmethoden fr CB Supply

• Mitgestaltung und Umsetzung: Jhrlicher Compliance-Verifizierungsplan basierend auf globalen und lokalen Risiken

• Frderung von Wissensaustausch und Best Practices: Innerhalb der Risk & Compliance Community

• Anwendung von Modellen und Tools: Nutzung des 3-Linien-Modells und eines GRC-Tools (Governance, Risk, Compliance)

• Stakeholder-Management: Kommunikation mit internen und externen Partnern zur Entwicklung geeigneter Lsungen

Erforderliche Erfahrung und Kompetenzen

• Fundiertes Wissen ber Compliance Standards, Kontrollsysteme und Dokumentenmanagement

• Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Governance-Strukturen und End-to-End Prozessen

• Verstndnis von Risiko- und Compliance-Frameworks sowie Qualittskontrollsystemen

• Ausgeprgte Fhigkeiten in Networking, Facilitation, Kommunikation und Reporting

• Fhigkeit, Eigenverantwortung und Fhrung in einer Matrixorganisation zu bernehmen

• Starkes analytisches Denken und Fhigkeit, sich schnell an Vernderungen anzupassen

• Passion fr Menschen, Vielfalt, Werteorientierung und hohe Integritt
