Reporting to the Site Manager, the Soft ServicesCoordinator is the main link between requirements, third partyservices offered by our client on site. Position is to start assoon as possible. Responsibilities: - Driving communication on thesite using customer tools. - Organising and overseeing events andworking on various cross-functional projects to improve the userexperience for employees. - Must be autonomous with his/her team interms of the quality and verification of the delivery of allservices carried out on site in the soft services described in theSOW document of the contract for the site (non-exhaustive list:cleaning in the office area and production area, lockersmanagement, pest control, food & beverage, internal plant,event, cleaning, layout of areas, snacking, security). - Verify theneeds of the departments for the proper management of the premises(alignment of site needs / supplier scope / SOW with the contract)- Ensure the administrative processing of the account for SOFTsuppliers (customer invoicing, updating of financial files).Requirements: - French as a first language is a MUST - 2 10 yearsexperience in facilities management - Excellent computerskills
