This is a full-time, hybrid work model.Max Gross Annual Salary (RAL): 40,000Minimum RequirementsMinimum of 2 years experience in an insurance company, reinsurance broker, or reinsurance firmFluency in English (spoken and written)Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Ability to read and interpret insurance/reinsurance contractsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsA proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvementComfortable with multitasking in a fast-paced environmentKey ResponsibilitiesBook transactions, issue invoices, handle collections, and cash allocationSupport the Finance Manager in monthly financial reporting, payments, and cash-flow analysisAssist in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with controlsCollaborate with underwriters to review complex reinsurance transactionsManage technical accounts: commission adjustments, profit commissions, premium revisionsRecord and reconcile reinsurance payables and receivables in the general ledgerFollow up on open balances with ceding companiesCoordinate with the Operations Team to ensure all treaties are accurately accountedParticipate in ad hoc projects and finance-related tasksMonitor and update brokerage revenue forecasts#J-18808-Ljbffr
