About The Job:

SIAD Macchine Impianti, plant division, deals with the sale of cryogenic air separation and small-scale LNG plants and is looking for a Site Construction Manager who will oversee the site construction activities. Construction activities can be owned by SIAD Macchine Impianti or Client dislocated worldwide.

The Site Construction Manager coordinate the activities of construction, subcontractors, and other personnel involved in construction projects as well as liaise with clients and other project stakeholders. The Site Construction Manager shall be responsible for monitoring the progress of construction work, resolving any issues that may arise at site with assistance of HQ and ensuring that all work is completed in line with project documentation and standards with the highest quality and in compliance with safety regulation. Site Construction Manager will be also responsible for maintaining accurate records of project progress reporting to Project Manager and client. Core responsibilities include:

• Supervise construction site activities and ensure compliance with saety regulations.
• Coordinate and schedule labor, equipment, and materials to meet project deadlines.
• Supervise construction site activities verifying and ensure that SIADMI subcontractor or Client is proceeding in line with SIAD MI Project documentation and instruct subcontractor/client to take necessary corrective action if not.
• Communicate with project manager subcontractors or Client to ensure project goals are achieved.
• Monitor construction progress and provide regular updates to project manager.
• Manage and maintain construction site documentation, including daily logs, safety reports, and progress reports.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction and escalate issues to project manager when necessary.
• Ensure that construction site is clean, organized, and free of hazards.

Your Profile:

• Degree in Engineering or technical education
• Proven experience as Site Construction Manager in Air Separation business and LNG preferably or similar plant construction.
• Availability to travel for variable durations up to 6/10 months.
• Advanced organizational skills and manage priorities
• Ability to communicate and report effectively
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, schematics, and manuals.
• Flexibility to work in different environments.
• Valid certification in relevant field
• Proficient in using computer software and MS office pack.
• Problem-solving skills
• Team player who can also work independently when necessary.
• Ability to prioritize tasks.
• Wffective communicator with strong written and verbal English language skills.
• Minimum safety training as follows (Firefighter, First aid attendant, Safety officer, Confined spaces, PPE III category, Elevation works).
