We are currently seeking a Lean Process Engineer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing innovative solutions aimed at improving product transformation processes, including digitalization, with the goal of reducing lead times and refining execution methods. In this ongoing activity of performance analysis and monitoring, she/he will work in close collaboration with the Manufacturing department, reporting directly to the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and implement innovative solutions to optimize product transformation processes
Promote and drive digitalization initiatives within production workflows
Analyze production performance data to detect inefficiencies and areas for improvement
Define and refine standard operating procedures to enhance execution effectiveness
Collaborate closely with Manufacturing teams to ensure alignment between process improvements and operational needs
Monitor KPIs to assess the impact of implemented changes on productivity and lead times
Support change management activities related to process updates and digital tools
Prepare reports and insights for strategic decisions, directly supporting the General Manager

Requirements:
Bachelors or Masters degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;
At least 2 years of previous experience in a manufacturing environment, with involvement in continuous improvement initiatives;
Background in medium to large companies, preferably operating in the automotive or home appliance sector, or similar industries;
Experience in the implementation of projects focused on productivity improvement and reindustrialization of manufacturing processes is a plus;
Good knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodologies;
Fair command of written and spoken English;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills at all levels, assertiveness, initiative, and passion for the role complete the ideal candidate profile.
