SUMMARY:
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the growth performance of sales in their designated geographic area. In order for PEI to meet its operating and Sales goals for products, the Regional Sales Manager must develop and coordinate strategies and tactics to continually improve Industrial growth, Sales performance, create plans for existing customers, identify new customers, continually improve the productivity and performance of all sales colleagues and drive the sale of PEIs industrial products and provide coordinated, seamless and outstanding service to PEIs customers. The Regional Sales Manager will also develop and maintain relationships with key franchised manufacturers to increase sales and visibility in Spain.
*Travel will be required approximately three (3) days per week*
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelors degree, Masters degree preferred.
- Preferably Five years professional selling and management. Preferable experience in electro-mechanical components industry, preferably with high value electronic connectors.
- Preferably Five years customer relationship management experience.
- Demonstrated success in profitably growing sales.

ESSENTIAL TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement strategic and operating plans to maximize PEIs chances of operating success including setting and tracking goals and objectives for products in Spain.
- Cooperate with the Outside Sales team to meet financial objectives.
- Develop, mentor for increased sales for all product.
- Identify and provide support for high potential sales opportunities with a focus on all products.
- Develop new accounts and visit existing accounts to increase PEIs visibility and increase sales.
- Work closely with suppliers and representative firms to increase share of mind for PEI and drive new business.
- Develop yearly sales budgets by Inside Sales Representatives and Outside Sales Representatives.
- Promote PEIs corporate vision and values to encourage teamwork, continual improvement, customer focus and ethical behavior.
- Support all internal and external quality, customer and government compliance requirements.
- Keep informed of competitor activities, industry trends and new markets to defend and grow PEIs market share Collaborate with the Product and Marketing Departments to promote new products and strategic initiatives, grow sales and improve margins.
