The Employee Relations Manager (ERM) is an importantrole within the EU EXR (Employee Experience and Relations) Fieldorganization, supporting the Country EXR team. This positionassists in driving ER activities and initiatives across on the road(OTR) operational business lines within a specific countrygeography. The primary focus is to support EXR operationalexcellence, goals, and strategy while addressing the ER needs ofthe country. The ER Manager works closely with Ops, DSPM and otherkey in-country stakeholders to support the execution of thecountry-specific ER strategy. This role involves assisting in theimplementation of strategies to address country labour relationschallenges for business lines. The ERM provides labour relationssupport by collaborating with operational teams to advance companyobjectives. Key job responsibilities 1. Labour Relations Strategy -Support the implementation of the EXR strategy - Assist indelivering business line-specific goals and key initiatives -Identify potential issues and support risk mitigation strategies -Monitor internal EXR environment and external operating context 2.Operational Excellence - Analyze data to support recommendationsand measure strategy success - Ensure compliance of EXR decisionsand activities - Contribute to innovative solutions that challengecurrent practices - Support engagement mechanisms to maintainpositive workplace environments - Conduct site visits to gatherinformation for ER risk mitigation - Contribute to EXR reportingactivities 3. Stakeholder Collaboration - Build relationships withpeers and internal leaders - Support project management forinitiatives aimed at improving associate and driver experience -Contribute to the development of standardized ER solutions Theposition reports to the Senior Employee Relations Manager AMZL IT,within the EU Employee Experience and Relations Team at Amazon.This is a full-time position that will require significant travelthroughout Italy (up to 50% of the time) and beyond on occasion,sometimes with little or no notice.- Bachelor''s degree andprofessional experience in employee relations, labor relations, orlabor/employment law - Fluency in Italian and English (CEFR C2) -Knowledge of Italian labor and employment law - Experience inproject management within a matrix environment- Master''s Degree inLaw, Human Resources or related field - Experience working withthird-party contractor workforces - Experience in distribution,logistics and/or transportation industries - Strong analytical,communication, and writing skills - Ability to work in fast-paced,ambiguous environments - Flexibility and good organizational skillsAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
