Job Responsibilities:
- Supporting structuring, execution and monitoring of investments from inception to closing
- Creation of detailed internal and external presentations and drafting of investor reporting documents (e.g. Information Memorandum)
- Performing comprehensive market analysis and monitoring of market trends in relevant sub-sectors to guide strategic decision-making
- Conduct interdisciplinary evaluation of new investment opportunities, including business model analysis, competitor research and due diligence
- Building complex financial models for investment transactions
- Supporting portfolio companies in their financial, technical and commercial needs
- Maintain up-to-date statistics and keep records of meetings and processes
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in VC, IB / M&A or strategic advisory, with a focus on investment analysis and financial transaction management
- Passion for Entrepreneurship and Climate Tech
- Financial savviness, experience with business analysis metrics and financial reporting practices
- Business valuation and financial modelling skills and ability to create well-designed PowerPoint presentations
- Fluency in Italian (100%) and English (100%), oral and written, ideally complemented by an educational or working experience abroad
- Good interpersonal and organizational abilities
- Flexibility with respect to tasks and time and ability to work independently with a goal-oriented approach
