We are looking for a Senior DHSE Engineer to join our Engineering Team in Milan!
Responsibilities
- Review contractual technical documentation and requirements.
- Prepare the deliverables issued by DHSE discipline: hazardous area classifications, HSED Plans/ Philosophies, active and passive fire protection specifications, close-out reports of workshops performed during the Project, etc.
- Review third Party Risk assessment studies (like FERA, QRA, dispersion analysis, dropped object study, EIA, noise study, RAM analysis).
- Perform hydraulic analysis for fire water networks design/verification.
- Review Vendor documentation relevant to Fire Fighting Equipment and interact with Suppliers for the technical issues (Vendor follow-up).
- Participate to HAZOP, HAZID, SIL, SIMOPS and others Risk Assessment and Safety Equipment workshops.
- Perform/participate to the squad checks.
- Review Tender Documentation and prepare clarification requests during bid phase.
- Plan his work to meet the given schedule.
Requirements
- DHSE Engineering background
- Knowledge of main DHSE international codes, standards and best engineering practices (API, IEC, NFPA, etc)
- Experience in DHSE Engineering in EPC Oil Gas/Petrochemical/Energy projects (minimum 5 years)
- English fluency is essential, French highly desirable
- Bachelors/Masters Degree in Environmental or Chemical Engineering
- Good proficiency of software used for DJSE Activities
