In this role you will join the Europe Air Solutions organization of LG Electronics, focused on Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning for both commercial and residential applications, supporting its Subsidiaries across the Europe region.
Key responsibilities
- Build up Engineering Infra and strengthen Engineering Capability to support Subsidiaries Sales Teams across the Europe region
- Expand business with Engineering Infra & Capability
- Support Air Solution sales with Engineering Q&A, Training, site visit and solution/application development
- Support vertical sales within the European Air Solutions organization
- Manage the whole official Engineering documents with internal system (database)
- Handle European Air Solution training management and operation
- Do Quality Management, Training, Localization in future of Engineering Design Tools (LATS)
- Provide input and support to the product planning team members
- Develop and nurture an active relationship with the HQ Air Solutions Engineering team
- Develop an in-depth relationship with each Subsidiarys Engineering team
Required qualifications, skills and experience
- Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering
- 7+ years related experience with HVAC manufacturer, building consultant or construction company
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in an international environment
- Excellent capability of compiling and sharing technical/engineering information in English
- Team-player with entrepreneurial and proactive mindset
- Strong experience in delivering technical-commercial training
- Fluent verbal and written communication in English (additional European languages are an added value)
