We are currently partnering with a well-established firm located in Gasperich, seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead a multicultural team working with a diverse portfolio of clients, including key players in Luxembourg''s financial sector.
Payroll Manager - Your responsibilities :
- Oversee the payroll review process, including social security reporting, guiding both junior and senior team members.
- Lead and develop your team in a collaborative, performance-driven environment.
- Monitor and review data related to absences, sick leave, holidays, etc.
- Maintain direct communication with clients and relevant local authorities.
Payroll Manager - Your profile :
- A minimum of 8 years'' experience in payroll management, ideally within a fiduciary or service provider.
- Fluent in English and French; German is a strong asset.
- Strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset.
- Minimum a Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Human Resources or a related payroll specialization.
Payroll Manager - We offer :
