As a Business Development Executive, youll play a key role in driving our success by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities. At Accelerate, we are dedicated to Finance and Legal recruitment, partnering with top-tier companies across Malta to connect them with the best tech talent in the industry. Your Role:
Start your journey with lead generation, conversion, and booking meetings, with plenty of opportunities to evolve into handling full client relationships, closing deals, and even leadership roles. You''ll be given all the tools you need to grow, including hands-on training, mentorship, and industry insights.

Were Looking for Someone Who:
- Has at least 1 year in a target-driven sales role (B2C/B2B/SDR/BDR)
- Is comfortable in phone-based sales (cold calling or outbound is a plus)
- Is ambitious and eager for career progression
- Is motivated to achieve high commission earnings
- Is fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Has a third-level degree (preferred but not essential)
