Key Responsibilities
- Immersive Training: Develop in-depth knowledge of Marketing through rotational or focused training in key areas.
- Project Involvement: Take part in campaigns, product launches, content creation and strategic initiatives.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal stakeholders such as Product, Sales, and PR to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
- Creativity & Innovation: Bring fresh ideas to digital activations, branding, events, and customer engagement strategies.
- Skills Development: Grow into a well-rounded marketing professional through mentorship and continuous feedback.
- Performance Reviews: Receive regular evaluations to track progress and guide your development.
What You Bring
- Graduate or final-year student of a bachelors or masters degree in marketing, Communication, Business, or related fields.
- With proven expertise and record of marketing experience.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
- Passion for marketing, automotive, and brand development.
- Proactive mindset, creativity, and a strong sense of ownership.
