MSC Technology Italy is the first division located in the national territory, complementing existing offices in Geneva (the Group''s headquarters), Warren (New Jersey, USA), and Chennai (India).Cloud Solution ArchitectThe Cloud Architect is responsible for the assigned scope, expected to take ownership and leadership of their objectives. They do not directly manage a team but collaborate with the Enterprise Architecture Team and other cross-functional teams across Switzerland, Italy, India, North America, and Belgium, within MSC''s growing IT organization. The Cloud Architect will design, architect, and oversee the implementation of solutions tailored to MSC''s needs.Key ResponsibilitiesLead integration efforts and migrations, defining strategies and overseeing project execution.Recommend appropriate cloud services and components based on business requirements, considering scalability, performance, security, and cost-effectiveness.Contribute to defining and enforcing MSC cloud standards and guidelines.Perform business case assessments and drive proofs of concept.Participate in designing and developing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using tools like ARM templates, Azure Resource Manager, or Ansible Rundeck to automate deployment and management.Evaluate and propose improvements based on performance or other development challenges.Develop documentation such as architectural diagrams, SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles for support teams.Conduct training sessions to educate development and operational teams on technologies, best practices, and troubleshooting.Transfer skills within the Enterprise Architects Team, ensuring adherence to guidelines and effective use of technical components.Ensure solutions meet security and compliance requirements by implementing robust controls.Provide reports and supporting documents, including user guides, to project and support teams.Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English are required.Qualifications and ExperienceExperience delivering solutions on at least one Cloud provider, with Azure preferred.Solid experience with testing practices and tooling.Experience with event-driven or event-sourcing architectures.Methodical with attention to detail and quality; data-minded and capable of sharing and teaching best practices.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
