LHH is recruiting a Business Analyst for a well-established private bank based in Geneva. The role is part of a strategic fee migration project within the accounting department. We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical profile with strong data management skills.
As part of a strategic project involving the migration of periodic and transactional fees, the Business Analyst will play a key role in supporting data analysis, exception handling, and coordination between internal stakeholders to ensure the success of the migration process.
Responsibilities:
- Collect relevant data to identify fee exceptions;
- Analyze and detect patterns in tariff discrepancies;
- Propose appropriate data cleansing and migration strategies;
- Coordinate action plans with involved departments;
- Document findings and recommendations in a clear and structured way;
- Prepare tracking dashboards for project stream leaders;
- Support other project-related tasks as neede
Profile:
- Educational background in banking or finance (equivalent to a CFC or higher);
- Minimum of 3 years'' experience in a similar role, preferably within the banking or financial services sector;
- Strong command of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel;
- Knowledge of Temenos, Power BI, or SAP is a plus;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams;
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and documentation skills;
- Professional fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
