The role also supports initiatives to enhance Aptars customer-centricity and growth strategies. The analyst will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other teams to deploy best practices across regions and segments.The Data & Systems Commercial Excellence Analyst reports to the Global CE Director.Responsibilities:Develop the Internal Commercial MindsetOptimize the Customer ExperienceDevelop, maintain, and standardize reports and insights tools (e.g., C4C, Pipeline Projection, Customer Dashboards)Manage customer database, including business requirements, contacts, contracts, and pipeline opportunitiesEnsure CRM and pipeline best practices adherenceCollaborate with IS Teams to improve systemsPerform Contract Management activitiesSupport sales training frameworks and internal system support for Commercial teamsQualifications:Bachelor''s degree in Business or related fieldSkills and Experience:3-5 years in Sales Analysis with CRM expertise; experience in Sales, Marketing, or Pricing beneficialExperience in sales effectiveness projects and supporting global programsLeadership qualities and team collaboration skillsAbility to analyze large datasets from various sourcesTechnical Skills:Strong reporting and analytical skillsProficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP/BI tools (preferably SAP, QlikView, Power BI)Fluency in English; additional languages a plusExcellent communication skillsCustomer-oriented and strategic thinkingAbout Aptar:We develop innovative packaging solutions that enhance brand value and impact lives worldwide.
