MainActivities: - Lead global packaging development projects, ensuringtimelines, quality, and budget - Develop, qualify, and managepackaging solutions throughout their lifecycle - Coordinate,execute, and evaluate transport validation tests for packagingsystem - Ensure compliance with international regulations andinternal quality standards - Translate customer needs into robustpackaging solutions About You At Excelya, taking audacious steps isencouraged, so were looking for individuals who are ready to growwith us and share our values. - Experience: Proven ability tothrive in collaborative, fast-moving environments (avoid requiringminimum yearstalent matters most to us! - Skills: Knowledge ofsterile packaging and sustainable packaging optimization, Technicalexpertise in packaging testing methods (DIN/ISO, FDA, ISTA/ASTM)and validation processes. - Education: Bachelors or Mastersdegree in Engineering, Biotechnology, Mechanical Engineering,Automation, or a related scientific/technical field - Languages:Strong communication skills in English and French (German is aplus)
