Job Description Your Profile - You have prior experiencein an administrative or support role, ideally in a law firm,consultancy or professional services environment. - You hold adegree in Office Management, Administrative Support, ExecutiveAssistance, or a related field. - You are fluent in French and havea very good command of English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus. - Youare well-organized, detail-oriented and able to manage prioritiesindependently. - You have a professional, service-minded attitudeand enjoy working as part of a team. Job Requirements YourResponsibilities Team and Administrative Support - Create andmaintain client files and records (both digital and physical). -Assist in document preparation, proofreading, formatting andtranslations (mainly in French and English). - Support billingprocesses, follow up on deadlines and coordinate requiredadministrative documentation. - Organize meetings, travelarrangements, conferences and team events. - Manage incoming andoutgoing communications (emails, calls, post). Office Coordination- Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office (meetingrooms, supplies, facilities). - Assist with the onboarding of newteam members. - Collaborate closely with lawyers, partners andother departments.
