Job Description
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Java-based applications and systems to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define requirements, design solutions, and troubleshoot issues.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to industry best practices.
- Optimize system performance to meet evolving customer needs and ensure high standards of reliability.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to the growth of the development team.
- Document code and processes to maintain a smooth development workflow and knowledge sharing.
Profile
- Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Java developer.
- Strong expertise in Java frameworks, such as Spring and Hibernate.
- Solid understanding of software design patterns and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex technical challenges.
- A collaborative mindset, comfortable working in teams and mentoring junior developers.
- Proficiency in English or Dutch is required.
