Today, with 7 offices in Europe and point of sales in more than 20 European countries, Havaianas came to offer innovative and high quality products, through the color, joy and comfortable and sophisticated lifestyle.Purpose of the Role:As a Customer Service (temporary position) for Havaianas, you will play a crucial role ensuring daily activity of Contact Center team is performed with efficiency and agility. Daily tasks are done within the relevant timings and information available for the correct functioning of the Contact Center team.Key responsibilities:Assist Customer Service in all the reports and analysis concerning to deliveries, claims, stocks and all the data needed to Sales Force, Marketing and CustomersSupport the replenishment procedures by follow up closely the customers requirementsOpen new customers and compile/updated all the data in the systemManage claims (defectives, missing goods, deliveries, etc.) and issue respective documentsTracking of prepaymentsFollow up stock availabilityDirect contact with customers to solve issues or questionsIntroduce customers orders in the system (when needed) or change the ones on systemTreat, register and track cancellationsCoordinate contacts and requests from final consumersEnsure administrative tasks and services needed to office maintenanceFranchises: tracking orders, claimsFollow up with finance regarding payments, credit limits, payment terms and discountsQualifications Skills:Bachelors Degree in Administration or similar.High level of English.At least 2 years professional experience in a similar position.Accustomed to working in a multinational environment.SAP/SBO, EDI knowledge is a plus.High control of Excel and reporting mindset and analytical skills are requested.
