Job DescriptionThis role is responsible for developing, implementing, and coordinating the strategy and operations of the Italy branch office, in alignment with Danobat S.Coop, to address customer challenges in accordance with our organizational model and defined leadership style.Main ResponsibilitiesDefine, implement, and develop the branch strategy by identifying key competitive factors in value proposition, marketing, sales, and strategic initiatives.Ensure the branchs profitability through current and future projects, while efficiently managing resources and people.Build and develop a high-performing team capable of responding to the challenges within the assigned geographical area.Create and manage business plans (sales & service) and build long-term relationships with customers and suppliers.RequirementsEducation: Degree/Masters in Engineering.Languages: English (C1 level) is required.
