Key Responsibilities
- Leading the Development and Execution of Business Strategies: Craft and implement comprehensive commercial and strategic plans based on thorough market analysis, ensuring alignment with regional and global directives. Oversee the coordination of local teams to optimize portfolio performance.
- Team Leadership and Development: Manage and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a high-performance environment that emphasizes teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement. Encourage skill development and career growth.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Motivation: Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, inspiring engagement and ensuring a collaborative approach to achieving business objectives.

Candidate Profile
- Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field. A relevant advanced degree is a plus.
- Professional Experience: At least five years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical sales, marketing, or related roles, with a proven track record in oncology, particularly in lung cancer.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the oncology landscape, healthcare environment, and pharmaceutical industry dynamics.
- Digital & Omnichannel Marketing Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and multichannel engagement techniques to reach diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated experience leading teams, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven ability to manage and coordinate projects across various functions such as sales, medical, and market access.
- Project Management: Skilled in planning, executing, and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Personal Attributes: Strategic thinker with strong business acumen, high integrity, and results-oriented mindset. Adaptable, resilient, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
