Were partnering with a global leader in customer experience and business process solutions, known for working with top-tier tech brands. Right now, we''re searching for a Support Services Advisor with Dutch and English to join their Seville team. If youre tech-savvy, people-focused, and fluent in Dutch and English, this opportunity might be your next big move.
Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat
Assist customers with audio technology productsfrom setup to troubleshooting
Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues with confidence and care
Work closely with internal teams to escalate complex cases when needed
Keep clear and accurate records of all customer interactions and solutions provided
Native-level or fluent Dutch and English (both spoken and written)
A passion for helping people and solving problems
Interest in audio equipment and consumer tech is a big plus
Excellent communication and active listening skills
Comfortable using MS Office tools and customer support/ticketing systems
Previous experience in customer service or technical support is welcome, but not required
