- Deliver survey outputs punctually while adhering to the highest standards of precision and quality.
- Collaborate closely with the vessel leadership team-including the Captain, Chief Engineer, and OIM-to drive project success.
- Possess a diploma in hydrographic surveying, geophysics, geology, engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
- Bring at least 10 years of hands-on expertise in the survey sector.
- Demonstrate in-depth technical proficiency in survey methodologies, tools, and software applications.
- Adapt well to demanding and remote environments, with a practical, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Exhibit strong communication abilities and a critical approach to project execution and evaluation.
- Communicate fluently in both spoken and written English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Maintain a meticulous focus on detail, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Naturally inspire and motivate team members, fostering growth and development among junior surveyors.
- Be prepared to undertake extended assignments onboard vessels, adhering to rotational schedules of 1:1 for offshore work or 2:1 for dredging projects.
