Position Mission:
As a Pricing Actuary at Allianz Direct, you will be responsible for designing, developing, validating, and tracking pricing analytical models, integrated within the Product, Pricing, Underwriting, and Business Analytics unit.
You will also perform pricing analysis and technical performance steering for various business objectives, interacting with all areas of the company, handling large data sets, and ensuring a continuous sophistication of pricing and data analysis techniques, to establish and maintain an industry leading pricing practice will also be part of your responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Data prep and monitor the quality of information from different models.
Identify new needs and data sources, both internal and external.
Continuously develop new variables for evaluation and inclusion in the models.
Automate and industrialize data pipelines.
Develop business monitoring tools: defining KPIs, analyzing expected and actual impacts of changes in pricing, underwriting, data, etc.
Ensure tracking, governance, and monitoring of model efficiency.
Define requirements and needs for the evolution of all functionalities related to data, pricing, and underwriting within Allianz Directs technology platform.
