Role: Junior Data Privacy Consultant Type: Permanent Workplace Type: Hybrid / 3 days on site Language: Dutch speaking role You play a key role in establishing the privacy department, guiding its policies and vision. Policy Development and Implementation: You convert the data protection policy into specific internal regulations and ensure they are effectively put into practice including NEN7510. Conduct Internal Audits. Advisory Role: You provide expertise in developing policies related to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and broader information security, contributing to their implementation and enhancement. Incident Management: You address data incidents, breaches, and conflicts of interest, including reporting to the Dutch Data Protection Authority and board members. Minimum 2 years experience in privacy and data protection Fluent in Dutch (Full professional level) Bachelors Degree At least one privacy or one information security related certifications such as CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT, CDPO, ISO 27701LA/LI, CISM, CISA, CISSP, CRISC, CSSP, ISO 27001 LA/LI; Professional Education, training and development
