Reporting to the HR European Director the role will focus on supporting the provision of a bespoke high quality HR service across a variety of European countries with individual requirements. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring compliance with our HR policies and procedures, employment legislation, undertaking various HR administrative tasks and HR operational duties and guiding our teams throughout the business on a range of HR matters across the employee lifecycle. Work effectively with our HR system by ensuring the accurate input all employee data and information and all records are up to date on the system and on all personnel files Maintain and update employee records, both digital and physical in compliance with GDPR regulation Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting Organise induction programmes for new employees and off boarding for leavers Support in tracking staff absences, holidays, and timekeeping Support with annual performance and salary reviews Working closely with the HR Director to produce and submit HR reports and assist on HR projects Ability to manage confidential information with discretion Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) We are looking for a highly results driven, and people orientated individual that offers 3-5 years experience in an international environment as a HR Coordinator who has a bachelors degree or ideally a masters degree in HR and is fluent in English.
