Job Description: Business Development Associate (Dutch Office)
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Associate to join our Netherlands office, working closely with the founders of a Netherlands-India based healthtech start-up.
Excellent communicator in English (Dutch preferable too), strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
The role focuses on developing partnerships with Dutch and European Biotech, CRO, and Pharma companies.
Responsibilities include:
identifying business opportunities,
supporting client engagement, with the founders
maintaining CRM
driving strategic growth.
Candidates will receive full training and guidance from the founders.
A flexible hybrid (office + remote) work model is offered.

The position is based in the Netherlands / or remote from India
