As a Junior Application Engineer , youll become part of real-world projects from day one. With the guidance of experienced colleagues, youll support the design, configuration, and implementation of LIMS solutions for leading clients in sectors like pharma, food, chemistry, and medical device manufacturing. Youll build both technical and business understanding, gradually developing from an assistant to a trusted team member capable of taking on more independent roles. Supporting the design, development, and deployment of LIMS solutions tailored to client needs Collaborating with cross-functional teams and learning through hands-on experience Working with different tools and technologies as required by the project A recent graduate (or early-career candidate) with a degree in Technical Business Administration, Chemistry, Automation, Computer Science , or a related field ~ Basic knowledge of LIMS or specification management software ~##Basic understanding of laboratory processes and/or master data/specification management ~##A communicative team player with a hands-on attitude and a willingness to ask, learn, and contribute ~ English and Dutch at least C1 level Hybrid working model combine home, office, and occasional client visits (23x per week) Strong mentoring and internal training to support your growth A clear path to specialize, grow and become an Expert Application Engineer over time Since 1986, ATS has helped organizations across industries improve quality, productivity, and sustainability by integrating automation, IT, and operations.
