As a Warehouse Supervisor at Ochama, you will be responsible for overseeing the warehouse''s inbound operations. This hands-on role requires leadership, problem-solving skills, and close coordination with warehouse teams to optimize performance and maintain a smooth workflow throughout the day. Lead and supervise warehouse staff to ensure smooth outbound operations. Team Coordination: Provide guidance and support to warehouse personnel, fostering a productive and collaborative environment. Work closely with transport teams, customer service, and logistics partners to meet delivery deadlines. Conduct shift briefings to communicate key priorities and updates. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, dispatch efficiency, and on-time delivery. Prepare shift reports highlighting productivity, challenges, and improvement initiatives. Continuously review and enhance warehouse procedures to improve efficiency and reduce errors. Implement best practices in warehouse management and encourage team adherence to standard operating procedures. Support the adoption of new technologies and automation tools to streamline outbound logistics. Availability to engage in a rotating shift within morning shift (9-18) and night shift (16-1). Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required). Proven experience in warehouse supervision, logistics, or outbound operations. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS). Previous leadership experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
