Decathlon production Poland has been locally created at the beginning of 2018 to build and manage an industrial network of Polish suppliers with the aim to satisfy more & more of our European users. In 2021, we started producing bicycles together with our partner. In order to support the development of our activity in Poland, we are looking for a new candidate to join the team of quality and product development engineers in the bike and plastic industry who will guarantee the correct industrialization of final products, with a good and stable quality level in production. Your responsibilities: Guarantee the industrialization of new products to ensure the most stable mass production; Lead suppliers'' relationships on project management, industrialization & quality toward targets, driving them to their autonomy and better performances; Carry out and perform production control plans and ensure the quality system stability on supplier through control on the field; Lead the quality, environmental, toxicology assessments and a consequence action plan to build a road map to reach sustainable performances; Lead the continuous improvement of the process and quality to boost productivity performances. Requested Profile for this role: Responsible and autonomous, you find the way to reach the target; Functional management skills; Organisation; Project management; Team Spirit; Interest in working in the bicycle and/or plastics manufacturing area, close to the production lines; Manufacturing background; Fluency in Polish and English.
