ABOUT THE JOB

We are hiring a IT & Operations Project Manager in our Turin Office!

As IT & Operations Project Manager, you will be part of the Back Office area within IT & Operations Team, directly reporting to Head of IT & OPS Department.

YOUR ROLE

The candidate will mainly deal with the following tasks:

• Promote and ensure the implementation of specific initiatives approved by Management for the continuous improvement of the quality of operational activities (in agreement with the IT office)
• Follow the preparatory and ongoing operational steps necessary for putting into production the development of new processes/products and/or fine-tuning existing ones approved by management.
• Oversee the new approved projects through the project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution and closure. To ensure projects are completed on time and within the assigned budget the PM have to take on a series of tasks and responsibilities: balancing resources, setting timelines, managing risks, fostering collaboration, and ensuring that every project aligns with the overarching business objectives.
• Ensure the stakeholder satisfaction also through the project performance evaluation by identifying and/or improving the performance indicators necessary for the qualitative-quantitative monitoring of the activities through the aid and continuous implementation of dashboards also useful for the identification and possible addressing of remediation plans

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Education, Experiencee & Skills:

• Degree in Management Engineering or equivalent culture.
• High data and information management and analysis capabilities.
• Strong propensity for TeamWork and result orientation.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to parallelize activities.
• Strong attention to compliance with deadlines.
• Problem solving and customer service oriented.
• Leadership and Communication abilities.
• Excellent knowledge of Office package, PowerBI and Sequel Server (preferred)
• Fluency in English
