Job Description:
As the company evolves its infrastructure for hydrogen, CO2, and other new molecules, it faces major challenges in transforming its application landscape.
The Architecture & Cybersecurity Manager will play a key role in ensuring the long-term sustainability of digital assets while supporting teams in their shift towards a more product-centric organization.
You will define ICT architecture guidelines, oversee the design and implementation of cybersecurity frameworks, and ensure their integration across all digital initiatives.
=> Your Responsibilities :
- Define and implement architecture principles, working closely with digital teams.
- Anticipate technological trends and integrate innovations into the company''s ecosystem.
- Develop cybersecurity policies aligned with legal requirements and organizational needs.
- Translate cybersecurity policies into operational measures and oversee their deployment (execution handled by Digital Operations).
- Lead and develop a team of around 10 direct reports (and coordinate indirectly 2550 people).
- Act as the primary liaison for ICT security topics with management, external stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Drive change management and foster a culture of continuous improvement across digital and cybersecurity domains.
For architecture matters, you will report to the IT director and for cybersecurity, you will report directly to the Management Team .
Profile:
- 1015 years of professional experience in IT, with strong expertise in either architecture or cybersecurity (and an interest in both domains).
- Proven people management experience, with the ability to inspire, drive change, and foster agility.
- Ability to provide strategic advice while ensuring operational continuity.
- Strong emotional intelligence : team-oriented, motivating under pressure, and adept at building trust.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally.
- Results-driven, flexible, proactive, and capable of navigating unexpected challenges.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product-centric organizational models.
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English .
